Billing Methods

For the period until March 31, 2030, our billing rates are structured to provide flexibility and transparency to our clients.

1. Stage-Wise Fixed Fee
  •  Fixed fees are determined for specific stages of a project or case.
  •  Clients agree on a definite amount upfront, ensuring clarity in budgeting legal expenses.
  •  Third-party expenses are estimated and added to the fixed fee. Clients are informed of any significant changes to these estimates.
  •  Once a stage is completed, fees for subsequent stages are re-evaluated and communicated to the client.
2. Per Hour Basis
  •  Professional Fee: USD 125 per hour + Disbursements on actual.
  •  Minimum Fee: USD 750 + Disbursements on actual.
  •  Time is calculated for the lead partner or lawyer handling the file. Additional team members (lawyers, associates, and para-legal staff) work on the matter as required without extra cost.
Quality and Accountability
  •  Each client is assigned a dedicated partner or lawyer who leads and coordinates all aspects of their legal needs.
  •  Time usage is meticulously recorded in a timesheet and reflected in the Bill of Cost provided to the client.
  •  Disbursements and third-party costs are billed on an actuals basis and may include:
    •  Travel, transport, and accommodations.
    •  Photocopying, phone, and fax charges.
